Aarti Gupta, Chief Executive Officer

Aarti is the brains behind The School of Continuous Improvement. Being the “Behind the Scenes” individual she is, Aarti takes care of all market research, program co-ordination, administrative and technical affairs of The School of Continuous Improvement. She has also contributed to process improvement initiatives. Her passion for improving processes is admirable.

C. Vishwanathan, CXO and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt

C. Vishwanthan, also known as Vishy to the Business process improvement fraternity has a total of 14 years of experience. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, an IASSC Accredited Training Associate and a keen BPI practitioner. His primary focus is to enable companies to reduce COGS/ optimize EBITDA by using Lean Six Sigma, 8D, PDCA, Kepner Tregoe and other process improvement initiatives. He has led/ completed 17 projects in organizations resulting in an average savings of $300,000 per project. Additionally, Vishy has also completed 82 Business process improvement training batches (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, TQM).

Vinod Nayak, Member of Advisory Board

Vinod is a honorary member of the advisory board. He is employed with MarksMan Healthcare Solutions – Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Consulting, India and is also an associate member of CFBP (Council for Fair Business Practices), International Association of School of Social Work) and American Society of Quality (ASQ). He is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Radhika Bhatia Malik, Member of Advisory Board

Radhika is a MBA graduate from the University of Pune, India, and has 10 years of experience in the domain of Human Resources. As an honorary advisory board member, Radhika’s guidance is invaluable in customization and ensuring we are able to tap into new and emerging markets. One of her past experiences was with GE Energy. She is working as the founder of HR On Hire, an executive search organization.

Matt Hansen, Member of Advisory Board

Matt Hansen is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and comes with a wide range of experience and expertise in the domain of Lean Six Sigma. In the past, Matt Hansen has worked with organizations like DFAS, YRC Freight, Sprint Nextel where he has spearheaded full scale Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Business process improvement initiatives led by Matt until date have resulted in savings worth $10 Million per year cumulative. Currently, Matt is the founder of Statstuff.com, a site where you can find Lean Six Sigma related videos.
