It is no secret that companies would like to get their processes improved. One of the key lessons in Business Process Improvement is — If you want to improve, measure it.

Here are some key strategic indices that companies would like to improve:
  • COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)
  • Inventory Turnover %
  • EBITDA
  • Market Share %
  • CSAT NPS %
  • Strategic Employee Turnover %
How to improve the metrics?
  • The easiest way to improve the state of the metrics would be to train resources to improve processes. The biggest advantage here is that by doing so, the companies wouldn’t need to invest in hiring a consultant. We call this organic improvement.
  • In other cases, individuals working in companies would like to get themselves trained in Business process improvement methodologies. These individuals then go back to the companies and apply the knowledge learnt during the training sessions.
  • Finally, we have graduates who are yet to join a workplace but realize of adding value to their credentials. These young graduates bubble with energy and enthusiasm and are able to deliver value immediately after joining the organization.
